What is the mole fraction of the solute in 2.5 m aqueous solutions ?

2.5 m aqueous solution means 2.5 moles of the solute are present in 1000 g of water, i.e.,
Moles of solute = `2.5," Moles of solvent"=(1000)/(18)=55.55`
`therefore" Mole fraction of solute in the solution"=(2.5)/(2.5+55.55)=0.043`
