What is meant by chirality of a compound ? Give an example.

A compound is said to be chiral if it exists in two stereosiomeric forms which are non-superimposable mirror images of each other. This property of non-superimposability is called chirality and the two compounds which are non-superimpossible mirror images of each other are called enantiomers.
