The correct Answer is:
a

balanced oxidaton half reaction is
`YO^(2+)+H_(2)OrarrUO_(2)^(2+)+2H^(+)+2e^(-)`
balanced reduction half reaction is
`Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-)+14H^(+)+6e^(-)rarr2Cr^(3+)+7H_(2)O`..(ii)
Multiply Eq (i) by 3 and add to Eq (ii) we have
`3UO^(2+)_+Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-)+8H^(+)rarr3UO_(2)^(2+)+2Cr^(3+)+4H_(2)O`
Thus Eq (iii) represented balanced redox reaction equation therefore coefficients are x=3,y=8 and z=2 i.e option (a) is correct
