Scrotum is a pouch of a pigmented skin arising from the lower abdominal wall and hanging between the legs .
It is part of male reproductive system .It hold testes it its sacs .
It maintains the testes at a temperatures `2^(@)C` to `2.5 ^(@) C` Lower than that of the body .It is ideal for the development and survival of sperms .Hence , it is termed thermoregulator .
