Give the structure and function of choroid plexus.

A choroid plexus consists of folds of piamater. The latter is formed of loose conncctive tissue covered with simple squamous epithelium and lined with simple cuboidal epithelium of glandular cells, which secrete the cerebrospinal fluid.
