(a) The receptor cells of eye are called photoreceptors. They are of two types : rods and cones.
Rods have rhodopsin and cones have iodopsin pigment.
(b) Eye is rotated in te orbit by six eye muscles inserted on the sclera. They are arranged in two rectusand oblique.
