In a quadrilateral `ABCD ,CO` and `DO` are the bisectors of `/_C` and `/_D` respectively
from angle sum `A+B+C+D=360^@`
`A+B+2(/_1+/_2)=360^@`
`A+B+2(360^@-/_COD)=360^@`
we get `/_COD=1/2(/_A+/_B)`
