given In a triangle ABC, `AB=30cm`,`BC=29cm`,`CA=21cm`
as we know line joining midpoint of two sides are parallel to third side so
PQ is parallel to AR and both are equal
AQ||PR and equal here `AR=PQ=15`
`AQ=PR=10.5`
so perimetre of ARPQ`=15+15+10.5+10.5=51cm`
