Volume of cylinder, `V = pir^2h`
`1617=(22/7)xx(2x)xx(3x)`
`x^3=(7/2)^3`
`x=7/2cm`
`r=7cm` and `h=21/2cm` T.S.A of cylinder = `2pir(r+h)`
T.S.A = `2xx22/7xx7(7+21/2)`
