A conical tent is 10m high and the radius of its base is 24m. Find the slant height of the tent. If the cost of `1m^2` convas is Rs. 70, find the cost of the canvas required to make the tent.

given `h=10m`
`r=24m`
so `l=(r^2+h^2)^(1/2)`
or `l=(24^2+10^2)^(1/2)`
`l=26m`
so curved surface area`=pirl`
`=pixx24xx26m^2`
so the cost of the canvas required to make the tent at rate of 70 rupees per m^2`=pixx24xx26xx70`
`=137280 rupees`
