`=((2xx1)+(4xx2)+(8xx3)+(6xx4)+(3xx5))/((2+4+8+6+3))`
`=(73)/(23)=3.17ms^(-1)`
(ii) root mean square speed is
`v_(rms)=((n_(1)v_(1)^(2)+n_(2)v_(2)^(2)+n_(3)v_(3)^(2)+n_(5)v_(5)^(2))/(2+4+8+6+3))^(1//2`
`=3.36 ms^(-1)`
(iii) By definition, most probable speed `=3.0ms(-1)`.
