so The relation from A to B is
R=`{(p,1),(p,2),(p,3),(q,1),(q,2),(q,3),(r,1),(r,2),(r,3),(s,1),(s,2),(s,3)}`
Function not from A to B is
`R={(p,1),(q,2),(r,2),(r,2)}`
as, x - coordinates of two brackets are same.
