Find the modulus and principal argument of `(1+i)` and hence express it in the polar form.

`abs(z)=sqrt(x^2+y^2)`
`=sqrt(1^2+1^2)=sqrt 2`
`theta = tan^(-1)(frac{(y)}{(x)})=tan^(-1)1`
`theta=frac{pi}{4}`
`:.` the polar form is, `z=sqrt 2(cos frac{pi}{4}+ i sin frac{pi}{4})`
