If `y=(2x^9)/3-5/7x^7+6x^3-x`, find `(dy)/(dx) at \ x=1`.

`y'=(2*9x^8)/3-5x^6+6*3x^3-1`

`y'=6x^8-5x^6+18x^3-1`

At `x=1`

`y'=6*1^8-5*1^6+18*1^3-1`

`y'=6-5+18-1=1+17=18`
