On differentiating with respect to x we get
⇒`dy/dx​=((1+x).2x−(1+x^2))/((1+x)^2)`
​=`(2x+2x^2−1−x^2​)/((1+x)^2)`
=`(x^2+2x−1)/(x+1)^2`
​`=1−2/(x+1)^2`​
