Show that the following statement is true by the method of contrapositive `p : if\ x` is an integer and `x^2` is odd then `x` is also odd.

now becomes
If `x^2` is even thenx is even
which is the contrapositive, the idea is that if we can
prove that `x^2` is even for allx that is even, it stands
