Gonorrhoea is caused by a bacterium, Neisseria gonorrhoeae. It spreads through sexual contact, common tiolets and under-clothes. Gonorrhoa affects both male and female genitals. The bacterium lives in gential tubes, produced pus-containing discharge, pain around genitalia and burning sensation during urination. It damages the eye of babies born of infected mothers.
