`=tan ^{-1}(frac{frac{1}{7}+frac{1}{13}}{1-frac{1}{7} times frac{1}{13}}) `
`=tan ^{-1}(frac{frac{13+7}{91-1}}{91}) `
`=tan ^{-1}(20 / 90) `
`=tan ^{-1}(2 / 9)=` R.H.S
