`A^2=A*A`
`=[(3,-2),( 4,-2)][(3,-2),( 4,-2)]`
`=[(9-8,-6+4),(12-8,-8+4)]`
`=[(1,-2),(4,-4)]`
`=A^2-A+2I`
`=[(1,-2),(4,-4)]-[(3,-2),( 4,-2)]+2[(1 ,0),( 0 ,1)]`
`=[(1,-2),(4,-4)]-[(3,-2),( 4,-2)]+[(2,0),( 0 ,2)]`
`=[(0,0),(0,0)]`
`therefore A^2-A+2I=0`
