If the matrix `A=[0a3 2b-1c1 0]` is skew-symmetric, find the values of `a ,\ b` and `cdot`

Given matrix is
`A=[[0,a,3],[2,b,-1],[c,1,0]]`
Since, `A` is skew-symmetric matrix
`Rightarrow [[o,2,c],[a,b,1],[3,-1,0]]=-[[0,a,3],[2,b,-1],[c,1,0]]`
`Rightarrow [[0,2,c],[a,b,1],[3,-1,0]]=[[0,-a,-3],[-2,-b,1],[-c,-1,0]]`
By equality of matrices, we get
`a = -2, c=-3 and b=-b Rightarrow b=0`
`therefore \ a=-2, b=0, c=-3`
