`[(3+4, 1+10),( 9+8, 3+20)]=[(7, 11),( 17, k)]`
`[(7, 11),( 17, 23)]=[(7, 11),( 17, k)]`
Equating both sides
`k=23`

Hence, the value of `k=23`
