And also given that P is symmetric matrix and Q is skew symmetric matrix.
Then `implies P=1/2(A+A^T)` and `Q=1/2(A-A^T)`
Now as `A=[(3, 5),( 7, 9)]`
Then
`A^T=[(3, 7),( 5, 9)]`
`implies P=1/2([(3, 5),( 7, 9)]+[(3, 7),( 5, 9)])`
