Which of the given values of `x` and `y` make the following pairs of matrices equal? `[(3x+7, 5y+1),( 2,-3x)]` and, `[(0,y-2),( 8, 4)]` a) `x=-1/3,\ \ y=7` (b) `y=7,\ \ x=-2/3` (c) `x=-1/3,\ \ y=-2/5` (d) Not possible to find

As we given that
`[(3x+7, 5y+1),( 2,-3x)]` = `[(0,y-2),( 8, 4)]`
Now equating both sides we get
`3x+7=0`
`implies x=-7/3`
`5=y−2`
`implies y=7`
