Find the value of `lambda` so that the points (1, -5), (-4, 5) and `(lambda,\ 7)` are collinear.

We have given `(1, -5), (-4, 5)` and `(lambda, \7)` are collinear.
Then we have to find `lambda`
Now any three points are collinear if the area of the triangle formed by these points will be zero.
