Discuss the applicability of Rolles theorem for the function `f(x)=2x^2-5x+3` on `[1,\ 3]`

`f(x)=2x^2-5x+3`

`f(x)` is polynomial function and is continuous everywhere and in `[1,3]` and differentiable everywhere and in `(1,3)`

`f(1)=2*1^2-5*1+3=2-5+3=0`

`f(3)=2*3^2-5*3+3=18-15+3=6`

`f(1)!=f(3)`

Rolle's theorem is not applicable
