`A^(2)=x^(2)+12x+36=(x+6)^(2)`
`A=x+6`
`B^(2)=4x^(2)-28x+49=(2x-7)^(2)`
`B = 2x-7`
Now add the two binomial square roots.
`A+B=(x+6)+(2x-7)=3x-1`
`(A+B)^(2)=(3x-1)^(2)=9x^(2)-6x+1`
