`-1/2 leq a leq 1/2`

To have distribution of probabilities becomes a probability distribution, there are two conditions:

`1.`Sum of probability distribution is `1`, then,

`Sigma P(x_i)=P(X=-2)+P(X=-1 )+P(X=0)+P(X=1)`

`(1-a)/4 + (1+2a)/4 + (1-2a)/4 + (1+a)/4=1`

`1/4[1-a+1+2a+1-2a+1+a]=1/4[4]=1`

`2.` Another condition is that `0 leq P(x_i) leq 1`
