Equation of an ellipse is given by,
`x^2/a^2+y^2/b^2 = 1`
As the ellipse, passes through `(4,3)`,
`:. 16/a^2+9/b^2 = 1`
Let `1/a^2 = p and 1/b^2 = q`, then,
`=>16p+9q = 1->(1)`
As the ellipse, passes through `(6,2)`,
`:. 36/a^2+4/b^2 = 1`
