There is a fixed hollow cylinder having smooth inner surface. Radius of the cylinder is `R = 4m`. A uniform rod of `M = 4kg` and length `L = 4m` is released from vertical position inside the cylinder as shown in the figure. Convince yourself that the rod will perform pure rotation about the axis of the cylinder passing through O. Fid the angular speed of the rod when its becomes horizontal.
