At a point such as B or D (the centripetal force necessary for circular motion)= (the normal reaction given by the road)-(the weight of the cyclist). Therefore , the norma reaction =(the weight of the cyclist)+(the centripetal force). The radius of the curvature is smaller at D than it is at point B,giving a larger normal reaction at D than at B. this is why the cyclist feels heaviest centripetal force is weight minus the nomal reaction
