In this chapter, we will learn about square root. The square of the number is represented when the positive number is multiplied by itself. The original number is given by the square root of the square of a positive number.  We can take an example of the square of 4 which is 16, 42 = 16 and the square root of 16. √16 = 4. So when we represent the root of numbers, “√” is used which is the radical symbol.
