The correct Answer is:
C

Thirty percent of 20 is 6. therefore, 14 people in the math club don't have blonde hair. There are `._(14)C_(3)` ways of choosing 3 of these 14 people and `._(20)C_(3)` ways of choosing 3 of 20 people. The ratio of these two numers is `(364)/(1140)=0.23`, the probability of choosing 3 people who don't have blonde hair.
