Is `(27)/(125)` a cube of a rational number ?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

On prime factorisation of the number individually
Therefore,
`(27)`=`(3xx3xx3)`
`(125)`=`(5xx5xx5)`
`(27/125)`=`(3xx3xx3/5xx5xx5)`
`(27/125)`=`(3^3/5^3)`
Hence `(27/125)` is a cube of `(3/5)` which is a rational number
