(1) `9 1/4=y-1 1/3`
`⇒ 37/4 = y - 4/3`
`⇒ y = 37/4 + 4/3 `
`⇒ y = (111 + 16)/12`
`⇒ y = 127/12 `
On verifying,`=>37/4=37/4`

(2) `(5x)/3+2/5=1`
`=>5x/3=3/5`
`=>x=9/25`
On Verifying.
`=>5/3 xx 9/25+2/5=1`
`=>1=1`
Hence verified.
