Amount of sugar purchased`= 200kg `
C.P. of` 1kg= Rs. 15 `
So, CP of `200kg= 200 xx 15= Rs. 3000 `
Now profit`%= 5%`
Profit`%=` Profit`xx100/CP `
`5= P xx 100/3000` [Substituting values]
`P xx 100= 5 xx 3000 `
`P= 5 xx 3000/100 `
`P= Rs. 150 `
Now, Profit= SP-CP
Therefore, SP= Profit+CP
`SP= 150+ 3000 `
SP= Rs. `3150` for `200 kg`
SP for `1 kg=3150/200`
`=15.75 `
