Autograft is the most successful transplants, because it involves transplantation of a tissue from one part of body to another part, e.g., skin. Success of any transplantation depends upon the matching of Major Histocompatiblity Complex (MHC) or Human Leucocyte Antigen (HLA). In case to autograft antigens encoded by MHC, are perfectly matched.
