In all companies :
Assistant engineers `=150+300+200+150+100=90`
`=(900xx137)/(100)=1233`
Postgraduate engineers `=100+250+400+550=400=1700`
Number after 20% derceases
`=(1700xx80)/(100)=1360`
`:.` Required percentage
`=(1360-1233)/(1360)xx100=(127)/(1360xx10=9.3`
