Number of clerk I=19% of `7000 =(19)/(100)xx7000=1330`
Number of direct recruits =90% of `1330 =(90xx1330)/(100)=1197`
Now, number of promotees `=1130-1197=133`
Hence, required percentage `=(133)/(1197)xx100=(13300)/(1200)=11%`
