According to question,
Students who participate in song from class VIII and IX together
`=((1360xx25)/(100)+(1250xx10)/(100))=340+125=465`
Student who participate in play from class VII IX together
`=((1360xx10)/(100)+(1250xx12)/(100))=136+150=286`
Required difference `=(465-286)=179`
