The area of a rhombus is `84\ m^2dot` If its perimeter is 40m, then find its altitude.

Since we know that rhombus is a parallelogram.
`:. Area of parallelogram = base xx altitude`
⇒`84=10 xx altitude`
⇒`Altitude = 84/10=8.4 `
So, Altitude of rhombus =8.4 m.
