so, ratio of volume`=(pi(2r)^2xx5h)/(pi(3r)^2xx3h)`
`((2x)^2xx(5y))/(3x^2xx3y)`
`(20x^2y)/(27x^2y)`
`20/27`,
ratio of` CSA =(rh)/(RH)`
`(2x xx5y)/(3x xx3y)`
`(10xy)/(9xy) =10/9`.
the value of `x` and `y` can be termed to be get highes value and therefore bring forth in taking radius calculation
