A heavy pipe rolls from the same height ...

A heavy pipe rolls from the same height down two hills with different profiles (Figs.) In the former case, the pipe rolls down without slipping, while in the latter case, it slips on a certain region. In what case will the velocity of the pipe at the end of the path be lower ?
