What is cyclotron frequency? It is possible for a cyclotron to accelerate neutrons?

2nd Part: Cyclotrons work on the principle of Lorentz force. A particle can experience a Lorentz force only if it is charged. Neutrons being uncharged are not accelerated by a cyclotron.
