In the Bohr of the hydrogen atom, what is the ratio of the kinetic energy to the total energy of the electron in any quantum state ?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

According to the Bohr model, if the kinetic energy of the electron in any quantum state be E , total energy becomes -E. so, the ratio of these two energies is 1: (-1) .
