10 G `He=(10)/(4)=2.5" mol He"` [`because`Atomic mass of He=molarr mass of He (monatomic gas)=4`g*mol^(-1)`]
We know at constant temperature and pressure, `(V_(1))/(V_(2))=(n_(1))/(n_(2))`
Given, `V_(1)=61.6L,V_(2)=25L,n_(1)=2.5 and n_(2)=?`
`therefore n_(2)=n_(1)xx(V_(2))/(V_(1))=2.5xx(25)/(61.6)=1.015`mol
1.015 mol `He=4xx1.015=4.06`g He
`therefore`The volume of the gas will be 25 L if (10-4.06)=5.94g of He gas is taken out.
