Explain why `Delta_(f)G^(@)` of a metal oxide increases with rise in temperature.

The reaction of formation of a metal oxide from a metal is as follows : `2xM(s)+O_(2)(g)rarr 2M_(x)O(s)`
In this reaction, gaseous `O_(2)` is used up to from solid metal oxide. Change of state from gas to solid indicates `DeltaS` is `-ve`. Hence, with rise in temperature, `T DeltaS` becomes increasingly negative and therefore, in the equation, `DeltaG=DeltaH-T DeltaS, DeltaG` becomes decreasingly negative. In other words, the value of `Delta_(f)G^(@)` of a metal oxide increases with rise in temperature.
