What changes would you like to bring in your life style to avoid cardiac problems?

Explanation

I will bring following changes in may lifestyle.
i) Avoid heavy fat food and junk food.
ii) Try to spend stress free life as stress leads to cardiac problems.
iii) I will do regular physical exercise or work to keep myself fit.
iv) Keep away from bad habits like smoking and alcohol consumption.
v) After 40 years, yearly twice I will consult cardiologist.
