Anger is caused by adrenaline by increasing its leavel. The endocrine system has feedback mechanism to control the hormone leavels. Metabolic activies are high in leavel in anger. It is not good for health. So anger comes down after a few minutes. Parasymphathetic nervous system is also involved in this process.
