Why should we consider nature is a sacred place? Why sacred places are becoming polluted?

Explanation

1) All the regions explain that we should respect our nature.
2) We should never try to harm our ponds,lakes,forests,rocks,birds,animals in the nature.
3) we believe in god and pray at temples.,mosques,churches and celebrate festivals on religious principles.
4) We have some beliefs, so we treat those places as sacred as divine.
5) But nowadays these sacred places also are dumped with polythene and other rags.
6) They become dirty and unhealthy
7) The waste materials thrown there spoil the divinity of these places.
