No. For the spontaneity of the reaction `DeltaG` must be negative. Even though entropy does not increase if the `DeltaH` is more negative than `TDeltaS` in the equation `DeltaG=DeltaH-TDeltaS, DeltaG` Becomes negative and the reaction becomes spontaneous.
